After spending time in Costa Rica with beautiful sunshine and warm tropical weather… 🌴☀️

This is my welcome back to Canada today:
24 hours of freezing rain with 20–40 mm expected. ❄️🥶

Talk about a weather shock!

But moments like this also remind me how grateful I am to have built an online business that allows me the freedom to travel and work from anywhere. 💻🌎

Whether I’m enjoying the sunshine in Costa Rica or back home in Canada watching freezing rain, my laptop allows me to stay connected and keep my business moving forward.

Freedom of location.

Let me say this louder for the people in the back…

In our online business, the people who win aren’t the most confident.
They’re the ones who START. 💻🔥

Here’s the truth no one talks about 👇🏼

1️⃣ There is no perfect time.
Not when the kids are older.
Not when you feel “ready.”
Not when everyone supports you.
You either decide… or you delay. ⏳

2️⃣ Confidence does NOT come before action.
It comes FROM action.
You don’t wake up brave…

3️⃣ Every messy step builds belief.

Because in the online world it’s SO easy to look around and think someone else’s opportunity looks shinier. 👀✨

Another day in Costa Rica… and this time we had an iguana hanging out beside our pool. 🦎🌴

Definitely not something you see every day back home!

Fun fact: You can often tell the difference between male and female iguanas.
Males are usually larger, have bigger jowls (those cheek pads), a more prominent dewlap (the flap of skin under their chin), and larger femoral pores along their back legs. During breeding season, males can also turn more vibrant orange.

Females are typically smaller, with less pronounced features and more subtle coloring.

And that head bobbing you see? That’s actually communication.
Iguanas move their heads up and down to show dominance, attract mates, or warn off other males. A slow bob can mean acknowledgment, while fast, exaggerated bobbing usually means, “This is my space.”

Watching wildlife like this right outside our pool is such a reminder of why I love building my business online.

My office travels with me.
My schedule is flexible.
And experiences like this don’t have to wait for a vacation request form.

Freedom of time. Freedom of location. 🌎
