Since opening in 2016, supporting local artists has been a priority at Bayview Yards. 🎨

One of the most impactful examples is our collaboration with Ottawa artist Allan André, who created a 20-foot mural that wraps our main foyer. A Burgeoning Future: At Bayview Yards is filled with layers of meaning, inviting viewers to reflect and see themselves in the story of entrepreneurship.

The piece highlights voices and perspectives that have not always been represented in Canada’s entrepreneurial narrative, something we are proud to champion.

Through our Art Program, we continue to create space for local artists to share their work, grow their practice, and connect with our community.

From raw materials to a 400 lbs sculpture, this behind-the-scenes video captures local artist Tom O’Leary, aka Tick Tock Tom, bringing “Climbing Cliff” to life using recycled technology and industrial parts.

Every piece, every weld, every decision reflects something familiar to founders and builders alike: persistence, creativity, and the drive to keep climbing.

This is exactly why we launched the Bayview Yards Art Program.

Because artists are entrepreneurs. And their work deserves to be seen, experienced, and connected to a broader community of innovators.

Each quarter, our space will feature local artists, offering visibility to thousands of visitors and opening doors to new opportunities, conversations, and commissions.
