Rachel joins CTS Aero as our new Senior Creative Content / E-Learning Specialist. She is an instructional designer who builds scenario-based training and AI agent systems that streamline how learning content is created. She brings over a decade of experience designing onboarding and training programs in international education, and she is passionate about creating learning that helps people make confident decisions in real situations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with dogs, supporting animal rescue, and staying active.

The future of pilot training is here with ImMRsiv.

Two recent students at our partner flight school have just completed their PPL in 52 and 48 hours total loggable flight hours with the help of the ImMRsiv C172 flight simulation training device. This is compared to the national average of 85 hours!

Better preparation. More purposeful time in the aircraft. That’s the future of pilot training we’re working toward.

We’re excited to welcome Lucy and Luke to the CTS Aero team!

Lucy joins us as a software developer with experience building web applications, backend systems, and database-driven platforms. She is passionate about creating positive user experiences and making applications feel intuitive, seamless, and enjoyable to use.

Luke has completed his third year of Engineering Chemistry at Queen’s University and brings a strong passion for software development and robotics. Outside of work, he enjoys trail running, travelling, and reading.

Both Lucy and Luke bring curiosity, technical talent, and a strong problem-solving mindset to the team. We’re excited to have them on board and look forward to the impact they’ll make at CTS Aero.

CTS Aero is proud to continue its relationship with the Queen’s University Internship Program by welcoming Yingel Feng to the team! Yingel just completed her 3rd year of Applied Math and Computer Engineering and is interested in machine learning, mathematical modelling, and software development. When she's not working, she enjoys cooking, travelling, and film photography.

Yingel will be joining us and will be supporting her QUIP colleague Kazi in developing the training ecosystem
