An OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) officer, with assistance from Leeds County OPP, laid a combined 52 charges after stopping two vehicles, eastbound on Highway 401, near Reynolds Road. Officers learned that one of the vehicles had been reported stolen.
Four people from Quebec were arrested and charged with numerous offences, including possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, theft over $5000 of a motor vehicle, possession of break in instruments and possessing an automobile master key. All four were held for bail.
