Our anticipation is building as the Olympics are just around the corner.
Tickets for flights to Italy and seats at the Games aren't in the budget; however, it is a great honour to have virtual seats to support the Canadian Paralympic Team at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
The invitation is there for you to , which will make such an impact in the lives of these athletes who have come to compete for Canada on the world stage. We hope to see you there (wink)

This year we dedicate our Remembrance Day poppy to …those who never made it home 💔 and those who loved them.
Our fathers both served in the Air Force 🇨🇦🇺🇸 and never saw fighting for which we are grateful. Thank you to all of those who serve and have served to keep our countries safe and free.

You wouldn't really call us showoffs, per se; we are a hardworking and humble company.
However, we do enjoy showing off what we are really good at, especially to our new clients.
In this case, our client contracted us to take over managing their utility accounts, replacing another company.
Our procedure doesn't rely on the previous company's data. We research by cross-referencing any received information and come to our own conclusions. And it works.
In fact, we discovered something the previous company had missed. They had not closed an electric account at a location the client had vacated in 2022.
In missing that, the bill invoices kept coming, the company kept processing and charging for them, and the client kept paying.

End of story? Not quite. Happy ending coming up.
We verified the facts and approached the utility, providing the landlord's information. The utility contacted the landlord, worked with us, and agreed to refund the charges.

How much, you ask? It is a whopping $41,636.24!

We relayed the good news to the client by asking if they had their dancing shoes on. We, ourselves, celebrated another job well done.
