Prospectus Associates was proud to sponsor the Halfway House at Westmount Golf and Country Club for the 25th Annual University of Waterloo President’s charity golf tournament.

Over its history, this tournament has raised $1.5 million to support its student athletes.

Prospectus Principal and co-founder Bill Pristanski, a UW graduate of Honors B.Math (Computer and Statistics) led his foursome. From 2015 to 2020, he served as a member of the Board of Governors and the Senate of the University of Waterloo. A globally focused institution, celebrated as Canada’s most innovative university for 30 of the past 31 years, Waterloo is home to the world’s largest post-secondary co-operative education program and encourages enterprising partnerships in learning, research and discovery.

Prospectus Principal and co-founder Bill Pristanski was the keynote speaker at the annual dinner for the Association of BC Former MLAs at Government House in Victoria.

As Director Emeritus of the Terry Fox Foundation, he was asked to reflect on Terry’s legacy. Following his talk Bill joined former Deputy Speaker and current chair of the Association Douglas Horne in a fireside chat.

He answered questions about Fox as well as his lifetime experiences with former Prime Minister Mulroney.
