Super psyched to be an official sponsor of the Nepean BMX national track in the Capital City Ottawa-Nepean to be exact.

With weekly races on Thursday nights starting at 7pm, comfortable spectator seating, snack shack and the greatest family atmosphere, you do not want to miss this race action.

Support your local athletes and please ask questions how to get involved. Bike rentals and helmets always on site at the sign up booth to have a go, and the helpful volunteers making sure the track is always prepped and safe!

Clinics for beginners to advanced and Tuesday gate drop practices also stretch across the week to add to the program that does not hold back from helping you ride to the occasion.

Paddleboarding is a great way to balance the body, mind and soul!
Please be aware of your abilities, conditions, in coming weather and practice safety on the water, with proper PFDs, ankle leashes and a whistle.

Barrhaven, Nepean has one of the most epic locations in Ottawa, that is more of a nature reserve. Enjoy it and live the dream on the water!🤙🏼🌊💦

New Athlete Feature:
Coming from a multi sport background in Snowboard Boarder-cross and BMX racing, Caily Lemmex, brings her determination and will to charge anything in way. With a severe crash incident, and being helicoptered off the mountain this past winter season in a Boarder-Cross, Caily now looks for a great recovery on the Different Breed Balance Board to help regain mobility and strength for future challenges. Give new DB athlete, Caily a follow and cheer on her full recovery already looking strong!

Paddleboarding is so incredible for your overall balance!

Whatever level you are at, feel that toe grip, ankle strength and knees fire up and work!

Here is owner dropping in the Rideau river, most likely to cool down after a BMX race or long day at work.

Hope this paddle season in Canada is a safe one!
Use your awareness for temperatures, in coming weather and plan ahead.
Safety PFDs and ankle leashes are basic safety tools, advisable and the law here in Ontario.
Keep hydrated on the water and the passion in your heart!
