We officially hired a new assistant. We are still working on figuring out what his role will be. So far he is mostly interested in break time and snack time!

Sir Henry is smiling because he has officially been adopted! As we were working through a final health check and preparing to place him up for adoption - his foster mom and dad let us know that they had completely fallen in love and would like to be Sir Henry's forever home!

We are so excited to follow Sir Henry's new life and know that his parents will keep us up to date with lots of pictures and stories. He is a very lucky rabbit!

Christmas ornaments for sale! I have a variety of hand painted Christmas ornaments and 2 frames for sale. Each item is $20 unless noted otherwise. Delivery within certain areas in Ottawa can be arranged free of charge, shipping can be arranged at a cost. This holiday season I would like give back to Ottawa Rabbit Rescue - therefore a % of the sales will be donated to the care of the rabbits.

First batch of ornaments are ready to go. I quite love how the chickens turned out. Our Quality Control cat giving them one last look over to ensure they meet his standards. :)

I took a short online Natural History Illustration course recently and quite enjoyed it. It got me to be outside even more and really observe nature. This was the picture I drew for my final assignment. There is still room for improvement, but I am quite happy with how this one turned out.

Finished two more frames today. I found some old sketches that I am using as inspiration for the frames. The dachshund frame was a special request.

I finally got back to painting and made this little frame today. The past few months have brought lots of changes with the pandemic, so the focus has been on adjusting to his new “normal”. Still working full time at a clinic that has kept me busy.

Finalized frames and boxes for the Ottawa Rabbit Rescue fundraiser. I am so happy that we now have a local rabbit rescue and glad I was able to donate some stuff for them.
