Say hello to the two newest members of the OREC team, Ram and Jo! 👋

Ram Sishir Kancharla joins us as OREC's Business Development Manager. Ram has worked across utility-scale solar, wind/solar hybrid developments, and commercial microgrids in Canada and internationally. His role focuses on optimizing OREC's operating solar assets and evaluating incoming project pipelines as we branch into new renewable initiatives.

Johanna (Jo) Samu is OREC's new Membership Growth & Engagement Lead. Jo will be taking the helm on member communications, community outreach, and enriching the member experience. Her rich background in relationship management makes her the perfect fit to support and grow OREC's 1,200+ members!

By adding capacity to our project development and member engagement teams, OREC can continue to accelerate the renewable energy transition and build sustainable, resilient communities across the province. Welcome to the team, Ram and Jo!
