Our Story
My name is Amy Bell and I am a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) and professional member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. As an MPC, I help athletes, teams, business people, musicians, actors and more develop mental skills such as positive self-talk confidence, motivation, attention and distraction control (focus), time management and organization, imagery and visualization, stress and emotion management, team building, mindfulness, overcoming adversity, dealing with injuries, and communication.
