If you’ve been curious about expanded-states work but want a non-medicine option, I’m offering a small-group Breathwork-Assisted Psychotherapy Intensive on Saturday, June 13 at Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre (Carp, ON).

This includes an initial call, a preparation session, the full-day intensive, and a post-group integration session—so the experience is held with care from start to finish.

A receipt from a registered psychologist is provided (coverage depends on your plan).
