Honestly, I didn’t know what this anniversary post was going to look like a year ago. The economy’s been rough, the industry’s been shifting fast, and like a lot of small businesses we’ve had to adapt, scale back, and figure things out on the fly.
And beyond the business — the past few years have been personally challenging in ways I didn’t see coming.
But we’re still here. Still working. Still building things we’re proud of.
