We’re excited to welcome Amaan to PMC Renewal as our Manager, Community Programs & Partnerships.

This role sits right at the centre of our work, supporting program delivery and community-focused initiatives in Northern and Indigenous communities while building the relationships that make that work meaningful and sustainable.

Amaan made the move to Ottawa to join us, coming from Iqaluit where his previous work connected him with communities across Nunavut.

He brings a passion for helping people, an impact-focused mindset, and a strong sense of humour (which fits in well here).

Welcome to the team, Amaan! Looking forward to what we will build together.

As the year comes to a close, we’re grateful for the people and communities we’ve worked alongside.

We wish you a holiday season with time to rest and reconnect, and a year ahead shaped by resilience, opportunity, and shared growth.

Today marks Erin's last day with PMC Renewal, and we want to share our appreciation for the time we’ve had working alongside her.

Erin brought kindness and a real passion for the work we do in northern communities and we’re grateful for the impact she had during her time with us.

She’s heading into a new role that’s a wonderful match for her skills and spirit. While change is always bittersweet, we’re excited to see her thrive in what comes next.

We wish you all the best as you begin this new chapter!

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news—our website has had a makeover! This is our first big redesign and it’s filled with photos from our projects in northern and remote communities.

Over the past few years, we’ve grown new ownership and management, new courses, and new members of our team.

The new website reflects all of this growth and promotes our values of curiosity, inclusiveness and engagement. With this, we continue to strive to meet our mission of empower individuals, organizations and communities to reach their best. It’s now more vibrant and easier to navigate, making it simple for everyone to find out about our work, stay engaged and connect with us. We have used real photos from our travels to deliver projects in the beautiful communities we serve.
