CanPlan Event & Conference Services Inc. is a consultancy and services provider specializing in National and International event and exhibit management.

As a team we actively listen to our clients' objectives and requirements. We work collaboratively to build trust and confidence with a dose of common sense in order to achieve our clients’ desired goals and go beyond simple problem solving. Our offerings can be broken down into 3 complimentary service categories: Event Management/Production, Event Marketing and Site Selection. Our experience includes full-service project management and a la carte services for conferences, special events, award galas, festival/fundraisers, International movement of groups and exhibit management for a variety of clients in Not-for-profit, Associations, Government and Corporate sectors. The company Directors each have over 20 years’ experience within the events industry and have specialized the last 10 years in producing and managing successful Events, Conferences and Exhibits for our clients. With a lengthy, varied and reputable history as event and exhibit managers we have the ability to provide a varied list of services. We have also strategically partnered with the best in the industry to provide seamless corporate presence.

Breaking news! As CanPlan enters a new chapter, we want to recognize and thank founding partner Patricia Pearson-Paré for the vision, leadership, and dedication she has brought to the company over the past 12 years.

Patricia has played an instrumental role in building CanPlan into the trusted event and conference management company it is today. We are grateful for her many contributions and wish her every success in the next chapter of her life in semi-retirement.

As we move forward, CanPlan remains in experienced hands under the leadership of Maria Montesinos, Bettyanne Sherrer and Angela Chorney. Along with our Senior Event Manager Lindsay DenBoer and Event Co-ordinator Cassidy McIntosh, our team is committed to continuing to deliver the exceptional service and seamless event experiences our clients have come to expect, while embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation.

To our clients, partners, and industry colleagues, thank you for your continued trust and support. We are excited about what lies ahead and look forward to continuing to create meaningful experiences and successful events together.
