Trust means more than any 5-star review.

Recently, I’ve had a few returning clients reach out—not because I was the cheapest or closest option, but because they trusted Medium Husky.

One client hired me for a pickup that involved nearly 6 hours of driving. I actually suggested hiring someone local to save money.

Her response stuck with me.

The item was at her daughter’s house, and her daughter would be home alone. She simply didn’t want a stranger showing up—she wanted someone she knew she could trust.

That meant a lot.

I’ve always believed that if you show up, treat people right, and do what you say you’re going to do, the rest will follow.

Today I was contacted by the manager of Rona in kanata. She awarded Medium Husky with the “community business award of the day”.

She was thrilled with me spreading awareness on illegal dumping practices and told me there is a gift card for MH waiting in the store. I explained that I didn’t need a gift but she was insistent that it had already been processed and is there to be picked up.

I love this community and the small role that Medium Husky plays in all of it. ❤️

Well that’s a first. 🤦‍♂️

This person messaged me at 10:30 at night inquiring about a junk removal job, looking to have it done this evening. I gave them a price that was “5x too expensive” then offered me 40$ suggesting that I throw it in the bin at Rona or Costco.
