I’m Lulu — Master Hair Designer, with over 26 years of experience, Vidal Sassoon trained in Santa Monica California, including 25+ years owning a salon in downtown Ottawa and teaching cosmetology to future stylists (2 years at Algonquin College, 5 years at Rideau High School) I welcome clients of all genders, and every service is tailored to the individual—your hair, your lifestyle, your confidence.
