Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself and share a photo I took. I was never the person who wanted their picture taken because of my size. I have done every diet you can think of and in 2005 had gastric bypass losing 78 pounds. Then over time gaining back 40 pounds with lots of weight related health issues.

We are officially 13 weeks into 2025, that's 25% of the year done! How are you doing with your 2025 goals and plan?

I had forgotten about some of what I had written down back in the end of Dec already ~ Lesson: it's important to keep 1-3 main goals in front of myself all the time! Write them everywhere!

I'm ahead on a couple fitness goals, these I track every week. I'm at 68 workouts so far this year (out of goal of 225) & leg pressing 540 of the 810 lbs goal. Lesson: daily and weekly tracking work.

I'm behind on some goals, I had the best intentions to journal every day starting with at least once a week. I need to recommit to this. Lesson: find a way to get important things in my daily calendar and routine or else it will continue to not get done.

Bonus perks: back in December I did not forsee earning a Jeep stipend and getting a new vehicle this year. What a perk!
