Dear clients, friends & colleagues,
What an incredible year 2012 has been! We saw the ConferSense Planners come back from the recession with a bang, we reorganized the company and moved from physical office spaces to a cyber office model using technology to allow working from home, we organized the largest conference to date in the new Ottawa Convention Centre (2,400 people), and I was awarded MPI’s Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) Designation – the highest level of certification available in the meeting’s industry. We feel that the foundation has been laid for a leaner, more efficient method of operations that will benefit all our clients and protect the company from the future global economic uncertainty we face. From all of us to all of you, best wishes for this holiday season and a prosperous 2013! In lieu of cards, we have once again made substantial donations to Movember in loving memory of my Grandfather who died as a result of prostrate cancer and to honour my uncles who live with it on a day-to-day basis. May what you know give you strength, what you believe give you hope, and what you know not foster a sense of excitement for the coming new year.
