If there is anyone worthy of your vote in the Ward 1 – East Orléans Cumberland election, I will definitely say Madame Yvette Ashiri.

I have known Madame Yvette Ashiri for 12+ years, and I have worked closely with her for most of those years. She is a powerhouse and a woman who has positioned her life 24/7 in the service of communities her whole life with no complaints.

Early mornings and late nights of dedication to providing exceptional assistance and services to community members of all ages and backgrounds. She listens and responds with resources and solutions.

Vote Yvette Ashiri, and you will have a City Councilor who won’t rest until your concerns are resolved.

Her multicultural and diverse backgrounds and business mindsets are proof that she is here to do the work and climb the mountains if needed, as your hard-earned taxes deserve.

Give her the chance, and let’s be part of the people who help increase inclusivity in our Canadian history.

A chance she is here to transform positively, carrying our voices wherever she goes.

You won’t be able to vote? Pass this opportunity on to a friend of a friend who can!

and I are excited to formalize a long-term partnership between Foundation and

Taking a moment to reflect on one of the reasons why I founded SCKY — to help people and the environment, locally and globally, become as holistically healthy as possible. SCKY is an organization built with youth and seniors, united by a shared commitment to addressing global challenges.

The majority of global crises we face today are closely connected to health. Through this partnership, we aim not only to engage seniors and Indigenous communities, but also to create real access and meaningful opportunities for young people who are often overlooked.

It is still early, but it is a step in the right direction.

Psalm 16 Sports Management Inc.
