The acting High Commissioner of Nigeria to Canada, Ambassador Obioma Nzewuji, led a team of officers and permanent staff to the City Hall in Ottawa on October 1 for the traditional flag-hoisting ceremony to commemorate Nigeria's 64th Independence celebration in Canada.
