Love My Life!!

Hi there! So happy to be on this journey! Let me tell you how I got here.... My name is Kelly and I am now 52 years old. My partner and I have been together now for 18 years, and we have two beautiful children. I have been working full time as a Dental Assistant and my partner works full time as a produce clerk. We both make very modest incomes so we don't have a lot of extra income left after the mortgage and other bills are paid for. Throw a couple kids into the mix and that modest income is now stretched a little further. The cost of living is constantly going up and salaries are staying the same, in fact I'm sure that this is the case for the majority of people. This was certainly the case for us, and we knew that we needed to put money aside "just in case" but it just wasn't possible on our income. My daughter does competitive gymnastics so that as well is very costly on it's own, in fact it costs about the same monthly as a car payment! I wasn't sure if she would be able to continue doing the thing that she loved because we just didn't have the extra income. So I took a part time job to supplement our income so that she could continue. Along with this part time job, I also have another part time job that I do with my partner as well, but as hard as it is you do what you have to do, and there are a lot of people out there that are in the exact situation. So here I am at 52 years old working a full time job and 2 part time jobs, and I'm thinking to myself "What am I doing here? I'm working harder now than I ever have, I should be preparing for retirement, but at this rate I'll be working until I'm 70!" This is not the way it is supposed to be, I shouldn't have to work so hard, there has to be a better way! So one day this ad came across Facebook very similar to what you discovered. It took me some time because if you are anything like me you were a bit skeptical at first and wanted to research a bit more. So that's exactly what I did, I watched the webinars, and asked as many questions as I could. My mentor was very upfront and also very patient because believe me I asked a ton of questions!! What I found was that most of the people in this group were exactly like you and I, from different walks of life, but at the end of the day they all wanted the same thing, to have more time with family and to be able to have the financial freedom to do this on their terms. These are real people like you and I and this is what sets them apart from any other business out there. I have received so much support from this community and I feel like for the first time that my dreams will be a reality.
