Baked oat balls cereal🥣

Do you love cereal but prefer to avoid all the added sugars?! This recipe is for you!!

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 180g oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Chocolate chips
- Milk
- Fruit of choice
- Optional: add cocoa powder to the oat ball mixture if you want your cereal a little more chocolatey🍫

Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients and make tiny balls
- Spread balls on a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- Let cool and place in a bowl
- Add milk and have it as cereal!!!
- Top with fruit of choice🍓🍇🍒🍎🍑🍉🍍🍌

Single serve chocolate cookie

Gooooood morning. Hope everyone had an amazing week! This recipe is for the next time you’re craving a cookie but don’t feel like making the whole shebang😙

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, plop the mixture on a small baking sheet, and bake @ 350F for 12-15 mins🍪

Enjoy!!

No bake strawberry cashew butter sugar cookie balls🍓

I typically gravitate towards chocolate peanut butter flavoured desserts but figured I’d share something a little different this week!!

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp oat flour
- White chocolate chips
- Freeze dried strawberries (or any dried fruit)

Directions:
- Whisk together wet ingredients
- Add dry ingredients
- Mix well
- Fold in white chocolate chips and freeze dried strawberries
- Roll into balls🙂
