Job Type: Full-Time, possible all year around employment

Job Description:
As a Carpenter in our Wood Division, you will play a key role in constructing and installing wood fences, decks, and custom outdoor structures. This is a hands-on position that requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for working with wood. If you enjoy creating beautiful, functional spaces, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials for fences, decks, and outdoor structures
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all carpentry work
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Work with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in fencing or decking
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license is a must **
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
