Successfully delivering 226 baggage carts to UNIFI Aviation Canada within three weeks was a milestone for Avro GSE—but our commitment didn't end when the last shipment arrived. Following the delivery, our team visited UNIFI's operations at Toronto Pearson Airport to see the baggage carts in service, meet with their team, and gather firsthand feedback on the product.

At Avro GSE, we take pride in helping our customers keep airport operations moving efficiently—and our recent project with UNIFI Aviation Canada is a great example of that commitment in action.

✔ 226 Baggage Carts Delivered
✔ All Shipments Completed Within 3 Weeks
✔ 100% On-Time Delivery Performance
✔ Zero Discrepancies in Units or Serial Numbers

Originally planned as a 220-cart project with 11 scheduled shipment dates, the scope expanded during ex*****on when UNIFI requested an additional 6 carts. Our team successfully accommodated the increase while maintaining every scheduled delivery commitment.

A key factor behind this success is Avro GSE’s commitment to maintaining inventory availability. We typically keep approximately 200 baggage carts in stock, allowing us to respond quickly to customer requirements, accommodate changes in project scope, and deliver equipment without lengthy production lead times.

The result? All 226 baggage carts were coordinated, shipped, and delivered within a three-week period in May, demonstrating the speed, flexibility, and reliability that our customers depend on.

We are especially proud to share the feedback received from the customer:

✔ Accurate serial numbers and delivered quantities
✔ No discrepancies reported

This achievement reflects the dedication of our inventory management, logistics, quality control, and customer support teams who worked together to ensure a seamless ex*****on from order to delivery.

As the 10th Americas GHI Conference comes to a close, we would like to thank everyone who visited the Avro GSE team at Booth E58.

The event provided an excellent opportunity to reconnect with industry partners, meet new customers, and engage in valuable conversations about the future of ground support equipment across the Americas.

One of the highlights of this year's conference was the introduction of Avro's new Baggage Tractor line-up, available in Gasoline, Diesel, and Electric configurations. Throughout the event, Simone Livraghi, Product Manager, presented the new platform to customers and industry professionals, showcasing its innovative design, operator-focused features, and the flexibility to meet the evolving needs of airports, airlines, and ground handlers.
