Thanksgiving is just around the corner. We have had the opportunity to have a local (Minnitaki) raise some turkeys for the shop to sell fresh on Thanksgiving week. These turkeys will be processed on October 8th, and will be available that afternoon to pick up fresh at Cloverbelt Country Meats, or anytime between then and Saturday the 10th before 2pm.
They are around the 15 pound range, some a smaller, some bigger. We only have about 16 available now, so if you are interested please preorder by calling 1-807-937-6716 or text 1-905-371-6716.
They are $7 pound

The Trapper's Shack hours are changing for the season, but we have their Crispy critter coating available at Cloverbelt country Meats if you can't make it to them.
The lemon one has become a favorite in my house. We have used it on chicken and fish. It is nice and light and not overpowering.
