How comfortable is the comfort zone?

According to Wikipedia, A comfort zone is a psychological state in which things feel familiar to a person and they are at ease and (perceive they are) in control of their environment, experiencing low levels of anxiety and stress.

So comfortable that almost everybody wants to stay in and just sit around. No stress, no anxiety, no struggles, stagnant.

I did try to come out of my comfort zone, doing things that I don't normally do, and I could say, I'm learning a lot personally. And I'm becoming more eager to know what's gonna happen next! Bigger opportunities! Exciting, thrilling and most of all, the faith that's within me is more activated!
