This could be a game changer for local government development application review timelines that has been talked about for way too long without being placed into law. It is already in place for infrastructure projects like dams and bridges. Registered PGA professionals have 4-7 years of higher education, 5-7years under a certified professional before taking 5-7 practice exams with a 33% pass rate and errors and omissions insurance in place. Now with the Professional Governance Act in place there is no reason not to pass this law. Thank you MLA Anderson!
