We’re excited for another busy season and looking to hire 1–2 reliable, hard-working people who love working outdoors, can communicate well with customers, and bring a positive attitude to the team.

📍 Location: Parry Sound, ON
💰 Pay: $20–$25/hr + tips + performance bonuses
📅 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 7:30am–6:00pm | April–October
🚀 Start Date: Early May
💧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Cleaning windows (inside & out), soft washing, and pressure washing
Speaking with homeowners and representing our company with pride
Working on stunning cottages, decks, and homes in the area
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Based in or near Parry Sound (we meet at the shop daily)
Physically fit and comfortable working outside and on ladders
Valid G license and reliable vehicle
Positive, respectful, and confident with customers
Outdoor/trades experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person
A paid 2-week trial will ensure it’s the right fit
