Oh man, what a WILD and excessive harvest this has been. The kind where at some point one of us is hurriedly building new apple bins to keep up with the harvest crew…the kind where everyone at some point pulls their back. We are tired and grateful, with all the juice now bubbling slowly away and transforming to good cider, perry and wine. Stay tuned this coming week for lots of reels and photo dumps from this past harvest season 👋
