This year marks 10 years of Black Light ISS — a locally founded company based in Penetanguishene, offering private investigations, security services, and process serving across Southern Georgian Bay.

Led by professionals with military and Indigenous heritage, and a deep passion for protecting others, Black Light was built on the values of discipline, discretion, and trust. Founder Ryan Stacey, a licensed private investigator with a background in law, forensics, and evidence retrieval, oversees our investigative and process serving divisions, while Chief Operations Officer Chris Green leads the security division, managing operations and ensuring client success across the region.

Although most of our work remains confidential, our commitment to the community is far from hidden. We’ve quietly supported private citizens, legal professionals, and businesses for a decade — and we’re just getting started.

This year, we launched a new media and community sponsorship division to help raise awareness around critical safety issues while giving back through local initiatives. We’re also preparing to roll out public self-defence and tactical awareness training, along with online certification courses in investigations and security by 2026 — empowering others with the skills to protect themselves at home, at work, and in life."
