Jim has spent much of his career in our scrap yard and has become extremely knowledgeable about our operation when it comes to raw materials, charge makeups, alloy handling, and getting the absolute most out of what comes through our gates.
He keeps a close eye on everything. If something doesn’t look right, Jim speaks up. His dedication, work ethic, and pride in the operation are second to none.
The work he does is not easy. Day after day, Jim handles tough alloys, cuts material, moves heavy iron, and somehow continues to outwork most people after 25 years on the job.
Jim is known around the foundry as a tough, no-nonsense kind of guy with high standards and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. Beneath that tough exterior is someone who genuinely cares about the operation and about what the team needs to succeed.
Employees like Jim are part of what makes Penticton Foundry what it is today. Thank you, Jim, for 25 years of hard work, commitment, and dedication to the team.
