Thursday night plans? We’ve got a pretty good idea. 🎶🍷🌭

Cal Volpe is joining us tomorrow evening for our Summer Concert Series, bringing his guitar, loop station and seriously fun mix of folk-rock, blues, soulful pop and lyrical storytelling to the JoieFarm lawn.

The forecast? Wine in your glass, a gourmet hot dog in hand, live music on the lawn and one of those late-summer evenings we’re determined to hang onto for as long as possible. ☀️

There are still a few tickets left, so grab your favourite packable lawn chair, round up your people and come have some fun at Joie!

The sun is still warm, the wine is still cold, the Hot Dog Lounge is still doing its thing, and there are plenty of long, lazy afternoons left to spend on the lawn.

This Thursday night, we’re soaking up one more of those summer evenings that you wish could last forever. ☀️🍷🎶

Join us August 27th for our Summer Concert Series with Cal Volpe - live music, gourmet hot dogs from the Hot Dog Lounge, plenty of JoieFarm wine, and a front-row seat to an Okanagan sunset.

Cal brings together the rhythmic guitar of folk-rock and blues with lyrical storytelling and soulful pop melodies. With a loop station as part of his live solo act, he builds his sound in real time - layering, mixing and keeping things fresh from one song to the next.

Bring your favourite packable lawn chair, grab your people and settle in for a beautiful evening of music, wine and good company.

Some wines are worth joining the club for. 🍷

Our Secrest Mountain Vineyard Pinot Noir is one of them.

An En Famille Wine Club exclusive, this 100% Pinot Noir is part of our Single Vineyard Collection, wines that represent our highest expression of terroir-driven winemaking and our belief that exceptional wines aren’t created, they’re discovered.

Grown where cooler nights, sunny days and constant breezes allow the fruit to ripen slowly, this Pinot is all about where it comes from.

In the glass: red currant and savoury plum, layered with herbs, earthy mushroom and a firm tannic structure that carries through to a long, age-worthy finish.

Pair it with wild mushroom risotto or herb-crusted lamb. Or decant it, light the fire and give it the quiet evening it deserves.

And the accolades aren’t bad either. 😉

Wednesdays are for the Naramata Farmers Market. 🍷🌿

We’ll be setting up at the market this Wednesday, pouring tastes, selling a few JoieFarm favourites, and spending the afternoon alongside so many of the farmers, makers, bakers and small businesses that make this community what it is.

We’re always happy to be part of this market, but especially at times like these, when gathering together, supporting local and simply showing up for one another feels extra important.

Come say hi, taste some wine, fill your market bag and spend a little time with your neighbours. We’d love to see you there. ❤️

A little update, and a big thank you. ❤️

Thanks to everyone who has visited us, joined us for a tasting and helped turn a glass of wine into something a little bigger, we’ve now donated more than $1,000 in tasting fees to the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen towards fire relief efforts in Summerland.

And we’re going to keep it going.

Through the end of August, all tasting fees collected at JoieFarm will continue to be donated to CFOS in support of local wildfire relief efforts.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has stopped by, raised a glass and helped us support our neighbours across the lake.
