It was an honour to facilitate a Mental Toughness Leadership workshop for Stuart Olson Construction's MRO Leadership Team and thank you for your donation to Wounded Warriors on our behalf!

Mental Toughness Leadership workshop focused on Psychological Safety. The engagement was fantastic, and I appreciated the participants' questions. It was inspiring to see them embrace the principle from the "Royal Canadian Regiment - Never Pass a Fault." A special thank you to Bird Construction for the opportunity to deliver these important messages.

One year ago, I had the honour of reciting “In Flanders Fields” for our partners at Libro Credit Union. It was a deeply meaningful moment — a chance to reflect, remember, & pay tribute to those who sacrificed so much for our freedom. To me, this is more than a poem — it’s a message of remembrance.
