The Okanagan is hurting, and our small businesses are hurting too.
The wildfires have devastated communities, displaced families, destroyed homes, and brought unimaginable uncertainty to so many. Our hearts are with everyone affected, and above all, we hope everyone stays safe.
But there is another side to this crisis that we want you to know about.
Okanagan wineries are seasonal businesses, and summer is everything for us. It’s when we welcome visitors, share the wines we’ve worked so hard to create, and earn the income that carries us through the quieter months. With tourism down, many small wineries are under tremendous pressure- and we are one of them.
We are a small, family-owned business. Behind our doors are real people, real families, and employees who depend on our winery. When you buy a bottle from us, you’re helping us keep our doors open, keep our staff employed, and keep supporting our local community.
If you are safe and able to do so, please support us. Come visit during our opening hours, order directly from us online, or find our wines at select liquor stores. And if you can’t purchase right now, sharing this post can still make a difference.
