Is this what "elbows up" is all about? 🤔

OFF THE SCANNER: Paramedics and firefighters are responding to NoFrills on George Street after reports a security guard was assaulted by a shoplifter. It sounds like police have the assailant in custody ag this time. It’s unknown how serious the injuries were as the fire department was dispatched as well.

WOW 😡

This is what I have been talking about; making the housing crisis everyone else's problem but that of our currently elected leader's. The City passes the buck on these issues constantly and has for years. Now they've fined one of our most economically important museums.

SHAME on whoever is behind this. The Canadian Automotive Museum (CAM) gets almost no support from the City of Oshawa, and this is a documented fact.

Meanwhile the CAM brings in much-needed tourism to our City. I've seen their collection, it's incredible. Oshawa is an automotive town, the museum is part of the preservation of that important history.

Remember:
The housing and addiction crisis on our streets did not emerge suddenly overnight, it was stoked by inaction and cowardice.

I stand with the Canadian Automotive Museum! 🚗💕
