Heavy into backfill, trenching, and stone placement around this ICF foundation by Kawartha ICF & Contracting Inc on the residential side of things this week. Always a pleasure to be on a project with Zach and his crew. Stay tuned to see our progress on this massive project that includes much more than a new home. Included so far: Demolition of existing home, 180 tree holes dug, 35,000 sq ft pond, 350m driveway, over 900m in trenching for multiple utilities including: hydro, water, and geothermal, and an in ground double filter bed septic system… and the hard part has just begun
