The weather is finally warming up, but we're already planning for our clients' first winter in their new custom home. ❄️

At our Campbellcroft build, foam and reinforcing mesh are in place for the breezeway snow melt system.

Next up is installing the tubing before the concrete pour, creating a walkway designed to help keep snow and ice at bay when winter returns. 🤙

This old cottage on Kashabog Lake has seen better days, but the view? That never gets old. 😍

Demo starts soon, and in its place: a custom log home designed and supplied by , set on an ICF foundation with a walkout basement so our clients catch those waterfront views from both levels.

It's a tight footprint to work with, but we love a challenge. Watch this space as this new build story unfolds.

Nobody likes stepping onto a cold floor in the morning. This homeowner never will.

Instead of blowing hot air through vents, radiant in-floor heating works by running warm water through tubes buried beneath your floor. The whole floor becomes the heat source. No noise, no drafts, no cold corners. Just even, comfortable warmth from the ground up.

And because the heat stays low and steady, it actually costs less to run than a traditional furnace. The floors just feel warm. Always.

Kupa was spotted helping on site through the entire installation and she's given it her seal of approval. 🐾
