Be careful in using unauthorized third party “representative”. It can lead to misrepresentation (5-year ban).

Failure to disclose the use of an immigration representative can lead to a finding of misrepresentation and may result in a 5-year ban from Canada.

If someone assisted you with your immigration application (whether paid or unpaid), it is important to properly declare them in your application. Applicants are responsible for all information submitted to IRCC, even if someone else prepared the application on their behalf.

My client received their BCPNP nomination (through Express Entry) in just over one month after submission of application. Yey! 🎉

That’s an extra 600 CRS points — a huge boost!

One step closer! I’m soo happy for this client, we have the profile in the pool since July. And BCPNP has infrequent draw, but I knew it will be his turn - and eto na ngaaaa 🥳

We have the documents ready for months now, so it will be a relatively smooth process (application process). So thankful they hired me ahead of time, and was able to request the documentation ahead of time too. 🥳🥳🥳

Isang kabayan po ang possibleng maging inadmissible dahil sa misrepresentation (5 yr ban), dahil sa pekeng documents na sinubmit daw nang kakilala nya na nagprocess ng kanyang application.

Unfortunately, sa ganitong sitwasyon, ang aplikante po ang mapapatawan ng consequence/s (5 yr ban) at hindi po ang kakilala. Ang aplikante po ang responsable sa mga dokumento o impormasyong sinasubmit.

Ano po ang tingin nyo tungkol dito?
