What you can't see, can lead to dire consequences...

For many years as the primary vendor for Del and other building management corporations, BAS has performed our fire safety service in thousands of Condo units throughout Toronto and the surrounding area. The build up of unseen lint in your dryer can ignite leading to a destructive fire. The element area is the biggest cause of this.

Having witnessed the outcome of this issue over the years, I suggest that you have a fire safety service performed once every two years to eradicate the lint from the internal cavity and air flow system of your dryer, whether you live in a condo or a house.

Changing the vent is also recommended.

One of the hardest things for people who need service to contend with, is trusting who you call into your home.

Word of mouth advertising is a great way to take a first step in the right direction. We have been relying on that form of advertising for over 40 years.

With that in mind...

If you are a client of mine in Toronto and the surrounding area and ever need a good Electrician, Plumber, HVAC tech, Stone Mason or Renovation Contractors, reach out. I have great connections for those services and if I endorse them, they have to be good, or it makes me look bad.

I am also looking to build relationships with these types of fields in the Peterborough area. If you have used any of these fields of expertise and were very pleased, I would appreciate a contact number so I can connect and vet them.

40+ years old and still going strong. What they have perfected today, is built in obsolescence. This machine is pre 1991. If you have one, call me, I can tune it up and keep it going for another 40 years. Cheers.
