Everyone meet the FAMOUS ROCKY !

Christina doesn’t see this as “just a job.”

She cares for the animals in ways that many people don’t. When they need a break, she gives them one. When they need to return to their stall to settle down, she makes sure they have that space. If they need a snack, she’s there with one. And sometimes, when they simply want a cuddle 🥰, she gladly gives them that too.

Christina pours her heart and soul into every animal in her care, but Rocky holds a special place in her heart. He reminds her of a mare she had for a few months—a bond that was incredibly strong. Rocky gives her that same feeling and connection, making him especially dear to her.

Dear Clients,

I’d like to make a few things very clear.

My expectation is simple: respect.

ALSO this post Is NOT directed at anyone person it’s for everyone!

First, please stop messaging my personal cell phone regarding business matters. When you contact me through my personal number about issues, appointments, or non-emergency concerns, it shows a disregard for my personal time and boundaries. Please use the appropriate channels for communication.

To clarify this ^^^^^ I am asking that you book through the business number because the text chain is used as reference/ records as well.

Second, the intake form is mandatory. It is not optional, and I am no longer going to debate whether it needs to be completed. The answer is yes. If you wish to receive services, the intake form must be filled out in full. Failure to do so may result in you being dropped as a client.

Third, communication regarding appointments is your responsibility. If I message you regarding your appointment and do not receive a response, your horse(s) may be skipped. We operate on scheduled routes and timelines. If you are not available on your assigned day or fail to confirm when required, we will not make multiple trips to the same area to accommodate a lack of communication.

We work hard to provide reliable service, and in return, we expect basic respect, cooperation, and communication from our clients. I am tired of repeatedly dealing with these same issues and will be enforcing these policies moving forward.

After submitting the form, please text us directly to begin the scheduling conversation and discuss availability, location grouping, and appointment timing.

The form allows us to collect client and horse information ahead of time, but direct contact is still required before appointments can be arranged.

Good morning, everyone!

It’s Christina here.

I wanted to personally reach out and say thank you for your continued support, consistency, and patience while I navigate some exciting changes within the business.

As the business has grown busier than ever, I’ve started building a team to help manage bookings, scheduling, and client communication. My days are often filled with shoeing and driving, and it has become increasingly difficult to handle everything on my own while maintaining the level of service you deserve.

This is a new transition for us, and there are still a few things being worked out behind the scenes. I truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to organize schedules, streamline our processes, and create a system that runs smoothly for everyone.

I am incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for your patience, loyalty, and support during this exciting and challenging stage of growth. It means more than you know.

We have a couple reminders!

First line of duty !

We understand that booking can sometimes be challenging, and we appreciate your patience. Please keep in mind that you are not our only client. When bookings are made months in advance, we are often waiting on responses from multiple parties before we can confirm details. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you bear with us while we work through the scheduling process.

Secondly !

We want to thank everyone who has already taken the time to complete our client information form — we really appreciate your cooperation and quick responses!

If you have not yet filled out the form, please make sure to do so as soon as possible. This information is extremely important for scheduling, organizing routes, and keeping client and horse information up to date.

Going forward, clients who have not completed the form may not be able to be scheduled for future appointments until their information has been submitted.

If you need a hard copy please communicate, we do understand some people are not good with technology! I’m
