Please help!

Dear PEC,

We need your help!

We’re in the final stretch of the 2025 PEC Angel Tree program and there are more than 150 children whose angels have yet to be selected from the tree. Please help us fulfill our mission by shopping for an angel.

Stop by St. Mary Magdalene Parish Hall during the hours below and choose an angel from the tree. Shop for the child and then return the unwrapped gifts to the office no later than December, 10th. Bringing holiday cheer to children in our community is that easy!

The PEC Angel Tree program depends on the kindness and generosity of people like you to help ensure every child experiences the magic of the holiday season.

Last year, your support helped bring joy to 180 families across Prince Edward County — and this year, we anticipate even more families will need a helping hand.

Here’s how you can make a difference:

1️⃣ Choose an angel: Select a child’s name from the Angel Tree at the St. Mary Magdalene Parish Hall.
2️⃣ Shop with heart: Use the child’s wish list as a guide when selecting gifts.
3️⃣ Give the gift of joy: Drop off your unwrapped gifts at the Parish Hall on or before December 10th.

Lest we forget.
The first photo is of 2 of my great uncles, one of whom lost his life in the war. The second is of my husband (a photo I had to steal from him), from early in his military career. I am thankful and grateful for the service of each and every member of our Canadian Armed Forces, past, present, and future.

Hello friends & family!
We have an exciting fundraiser happening at our school! I am selling tickets for the best family Christmas experience you can get😉🎄🌲.
J & D Christmas Trees (now known as The Carroll’s Tree Farm) has so generously donated a Christmas Tree Experience- it includes a wagon ride through their scenic property, drink and cookies for up to 6 ppl, and your pick of 1 beautiful Christmas tree (balsam or fraser)- the perfect Christmas outing! This is valued at $150.
Here’s how it works- you can buy entries to win this by purchasing 1 ticket/$10 or 3/$25. I’ll fill out your tickets and send you a picture to confirm your entry. The draw will take place on November 30th at 1:30!
Proceeds raised will go towards outdoor garden boxes at our school- let me know if you have any questions and thank you for supporting our school!
