For an easy weeknight favorite, use it to deglaze the pan after searing salmon. Simply add a splash of Pear Vinegar to the hot pan, scrape up the flavorful browned bits, and finish with a touch of butter and fresh herbs for a light, beautiful sauce.

Rich, balanced, and beautifully complex, with layers of dark fruit, oak, and gentle acidity that elevates every dish.

Here’s one way we have been using this vinegar:

🍅🥒 Tomato Cucumber Salad
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 2–3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
• ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp fresh herbs (any combination of parsley, basil, and/or dill)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp Solera Pinot Vinegar
• Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to come together.
Hint: Add some feta - it’s absolutely delicious.
