It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we share the news of the passing of our former co-worker, Stephanie--"Stephie, Sheila"--Comeau. Stephie worked with us over recent years in several term positions and become a much-loved member of the Strait Supplies family. Each term spent with us was welcomed by all the staff, knowing full well that, with her dry wit and affinity for shenanigans, we were ensured that there would be light-hearted pranks and devilment at some point. The mere mention of trickery and she was all-in. Stephanie was an accomplished photograper and some of her work is on our website, our page and has been on display many times instore. (She was also an expert toast maker.) For all who had the opportunity to work with her during her time at Strait Supplies, she will be forever remembered as a kind, funny, generous, and gentle co-worker and friend. Her death will leave a gaping hole in the lives of all who knew her and our heartfelt sympathy goes out to her family and loved ones.
Rest in Peace Stephanie.
