I do have to say though that it also happens cause life is crazy busy and sometimes things just snowball as we have to prioritize other things in our schedule. 😉

I just opened a spot in my schedule for Monday Feb.3. Monday cleans give a fresh start to the week after the weekend. This spot is available for bi-weekly cleans, a one time deep clean, or once a month.

This is a really great perspective!
I myself have just gone through a transformative time of sorting through everything in our home, getting rid of stuff and the stuff I chose to keep and store got put into Rubbermaid totes... organized. 😆

It really does help to declutter! It helps mentally to keep our environment tidy and clean, and when a space is tidy its faster and easier to keep it clean.

Please also keep in mind that the seasons of life ebb and flow, and give yourself grace when needed. ie. Raising small children is crazy busy and it's impossible to keep up with EVERYTHING all the time. (Pro Tip: It helps to hire out the cleaning. 😉)

Hi! Some important life updates have happened since my last post, so let me bring you up to speed.

July 1st we moved back to Ponoka from 8yrs of living in beautiful Cochrane.
New location requires a new name change for my business from Clean Freaks Cochrane to Every Nook Cleaning Co.

Since moving I've been busy with major home reno's and commuting back to Cochrane bi-weekly to work 3 days/week.
I've kept a few VIP clients in Cochrane and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Now that the house is mostly settled,
I'm opening a limited number of spots in my schedule for bi-weekly clients in Ponoka. Preference would be to build a longterm cleaning relationship.

Something I'd like to share with you that has personally made a huge difference for me...
Organization vs Disorganization

Years ago I discovered that my mental health is quite closely tied to the condition of my home.
Chaos breeds chaos.
Disorganization breeds Disorganization and creates a feeling of overwhelm, stress, and everything else in my life feels out of control.

By developing habits and systems over the years to maintain my home, I've gotten to a place that overall my home is maintained or can quickly be put back into order. 😌
It makes it easier to leave my house each morning for work, to clean others homes, when my personal space is taken care of.

I'm reading a wonderful book called The Mountain Is You - transforming Self-sabotage into Self-mastery and wanted to share a piece with you about Disorganization. ❤️

I hope it will encourage and inspire you, as it did me.
