Come learn something new with us at The Clay Warehouse. Our community is vibrant, welcoming, and always excited to grow—whether you’re picking up clay for the first time or continuing your creative journey, there’s a place for you here!

✨ CW 101: Beginners Wheel Throwing
New to the wheel? Learn all the fundamentals—prepping clay, centering, pulling walls, and glazing—so you can kick-start your pottery journey with confidence.
(No experience required!)

✨ CW 102: Beginners-Continued Wheel Throwing
If you’ve already taken a beginner’s class, this workshop will help you refine your throwing, improve control, and explore new forms.
(Must be comfortable centering and throwing a 4” cylinder.)

✨ CW HB: Beginners Hand-Building
Pinch, coil, and slab your way to beautiful handmade creations—perfect for those who love clay but prefer to work off the wheel.
(No experience required!)

📅 Workshops run for 6 weeks, with 2.5-hour sessions each week—check your skill level and availability before signing up.

Hand Built Clocks
🗓 Tuesday, April 7 | 5:30–8:00 PM
Create a slab-built wall clock up to 14” with Brendan, exploring textures, appliqués, and underglaze to make a clock uniquely yours. All materials, tools, and hardware included. $85 · 2.5 hours.

Slab Built Wall Hanging
🗓 Wednesday, April 8 | 5:30–8:00 PM
Join Kathy to create a multi-piece ceramic wall hanging using slab techniques. Add texture and colour to reflect your style. Pieces will be fired, glazed, and cord provided for assembly. All tools and materials included. $95 · 2.5 hours.

Slab Built Tree Stumps
🗓 Saturday, April 11 | 1:30–4:00 PM
Build a tree stump–inspired tea light holder or vase with Liz, adding textures like bark, moss, and mushrooms. Vases may be up to 6” tall. All tools and materials included. $85 · 2.5 hours.

Yoga & Pottery
🗓 Saturday, April 11 | 4:30–7:00 PM
Combine a one-hour gentle yoga practice with a 1.5-hour guided pottery workshop. Bring the calm and focus from yoga into clay as you handbuild a functional cup. No experience required. All tools and materials provided; bring your own mat if you can. $100 · 2.5 hours.
