Power washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, driveway/surface cleaning and sealing. Message me or call me, I'm looking for 2-3 people to start full time asap. Must be good on roofs and going up and down ladders. We have all the safety equipment. Must have class 5 DL. Office is in PoCo.

Did some hot water work yesterday for a building owner. This was where a poorly maintained used cooking oil bin was kept for over 20 years without being cleaned. Fun fact: cooking oil, over time, will slowly breakdown asphalt. It was difficult trying to clean all the caked-on mushy packed-in cooking oil, and not damaging the asphalt. Pro tip: Don’t let your used cooking oil sit on asphalt for 20 years. Yikes!

Rust removal in port coquitlam. This parkade has a chronic rust problem and we were able to fix the symptoms, but infortunately not the root problem. None the less, it looks much better than before!! Before. After 1 treatment. After 2nd treatment. We cleaned 5 parking stalls that were severely stained with rust.
