All about our Hewco & Totem Grading Hammers!

A choice of well-balanced Rubber Stamp Grading Hammers that enables the lumber grader to produce better marking with relative ease, using any one of the four custom rubber stamps mounted onto either a metal head on the Hewco Hammer or a rubber head on the Totem Hammer. Featuring a long hardwood oval handle with a grip notch that allows you to select the appropriate mark by feel. There is also a built-in crayon holder in the base of the handle, in case any supplementary marks are required. Custom rubber dies are manufactured to order in either natural or synthetic rubber.

Hewco Hammers allow rubber dies to be inserted into and out of the metal clips easily as required. Totem Hammers can have the rubber dies glue mounted to the rubber head or can be manufactured to have a Velcro hook and loop attachment for easy changes.

All about our Self-Inking Rubber Stamps!

A self-inking rubber stamp is different from our traditional rubber stamp, which has an internal ink pad that transfers ink onto the rubber die every time you operate it. This stamp type is recommended for repeated stamping throughout the day.
To use, simply line up the self-inking stamp where you want to make an impression and press downward on the unit. The rubber will contact the paper, leaving a crisp, clean impression. The ink pad inside the handle is refillable and replaceable when required. Various shapes, sizes, stamp ink colours to choose from.

All about our Custom Aluminum Message Sliders!

Custom aluminum message sliders in various sizes and colours complete with a self adhesive backing for mounting onto doors or walls. Customized in size and colour as per your request or specification. The back message portion is affixed into the 3/16 inch overall thick polished aluminum frame with the center sliding portion positioned in front and able to slide left or right to cover or uncover your specific information. Both the back and sliding portion are made from printed aluminum and can be printed in any standard or custom colour and can also contain logos or icons. An engravable plastic option from a range of our standard engravable plastic colour options is available instead of printed aluminum and is available in 2 inch high models only. The polished aluminum frame would be 1/4 inch in overall thickness for this option.

Choose from 1 inch high x 8 inch wide, 1 inch high x 10 inch wide, 1.5 inch high x 8 inch wide, 1.5 inch high x 10 inch wide, 2 inch high x 8 inch wide, 2 inch high x 10 inch wide or 2 inch high x 12 inch wide. Custom sizes can and different frame colours can also be discussed as requested.

All about our Hewco Metal Name Badges!

Available in .020” (0.5mm) thick satin aluminum, satin stainless steel, satin brass, satin gold, bright aluminum, bright gold, and white.

Full colour graphics, logos, name and any required symbols printed as requested. Our standard size is 3” x 1” (76mm x 25mm) with round corners. We can also manufacture any custom size you may require. We do not charge a setup fee for design or colour matching your specific request. Whenever possible please provide us with full colour logos in eps vector format and specific fonts required in a ttf file for your particular name badge request. We have no minimum quantity requirement. Each Hewco Metal Name Badge will come with the badge in its overall colour and design layout plus an individual Name and Title (if required) on each name badge.

Hewco Metal Name Badges are supplied with either a magnetic or pin attachment of your choice. (Orders of name badges can be supplied with a mix of name badges with either magnetic or pin attachments when requested).

All about our Marsh Spray Stencil Ink! Mark Boldly on Any Surface! Our Spray Stencil Inks are useful for permanent, waterproof, fast drying, bold marks on any surface. Marsh Spray Inks are lead free, CFC (Chlorofluorocarbons) and CFHC-Free (hydro-chlorofluorocarbons). All ink formulations comply with CONEG (Coalition of North Eastern Governors) legislation. Spray Mark Over, Tan. Tan Spray Mark Over sprays on any surface to cover old marks and re-use cartons. This fast drying, permanent, waterproof mark over will provide maximum coverage with minimum spray mist and running.

Packaged in 11 oz. (325mL) cans. Meets government performance requirements for specification CID A-A-208B.

All about our Hewco Brass Leather Stamps!

Available in any size you may require. Our brass leather stamps are supplied either mounted to a metal handle designed for using with a hammer or can be supplied flat in 3/8″ (9.5mm) or 1/2″ (12.7mm) thick to use with an arbor press or in your own custom press. These stamps are manufactured with raised graphics and text so that they press well into your leather. Recessed graphics and text can be manufactured when requested.

All about our Dixon Lumber Crayons!

Dixon Lumber Crayons last up to 10 times longer than ordinary molded wax crayons. Fade proof, water proof, smear proof, these crayons won’t melt in direct sunlight. They will work on wet (green) lumber or dry wood, metal, concrete and most other surfaces. Each crayon is individually UPC coded and hex shaped (4-1/2 x 1/2 inches) to fit lumber crayon holders. PMA Certified Non-toxic.
