This month I’ve been deepening my skills through Essential Impact’s Non‑Directive Coaching course — an incredible program that’s already reshaping how I support leaders and teams.

And today I’m at the HR Conference downtown, soaking up sessions on legal updates and workplace investigations. These topics matter. They’re the backbone of fair, safe, and well‑run workplaces, and staying current means my clients get the strongest, most up‑to‑date HR support possible.
