🛘TERRE – Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot (France)
🗓️Release Date March 2027
🍷France’s soils run deep, layered, complex, and rich with the quiet history of centuries of great winemaking. Cabernet Sauvignon draws structure and precision from that foundation; Merlot adds roundness and balance, softening without diminishing. Terre is a wine drawn from the earth itself, restrained where others are bold, precise where others are expressive, and grounded in a depth of place that only France can offer.

✍️ TASTING NOTES
Dark plum and ripe cherry on the nose, with a warm undercurrent of mocha and subtle oak. Medium-bodied and well-structured on the palate, with smooth tannins and a finish that settles deep and stays.

🥂 Italy's Alpine valleys are carved by water - cool, precise and shaped with quiet intention. That same force lives in every glass of Acqua. Pinot Grigio brings clean fruit and subtle texture; Sauvignon Blanc adds the lift and brightness of open air. Together they move like a stream in full flow: fluid, fresh and alive in the glass.

Aromas of crisp green apple, fresh melon and zesty citrus with a delicate minerality. Bright and clean on the palate with lively acidity and a smooth, flowing finish.

🍷In Niagara's lake-cooled vineyards, cool air and shifting temperatures preserve what warmth would soften. The Great Lakes hold the cold long enough into spring and carry it through the vines all summer. Cabernet Franc finds its finest expression here, delicate in structure, precise in character and shaped by airflow into something aromatic, fresh and beautifully defined.

Bright raspberry and black cherry aromas with a delicate hint of vanilla. Medium-bodied and dry on the palate with fresh acidity, gentle tannins and a finish as cool and clear as the air that shaped it.

Long summers forge Pinot Noir and Shiraz into something bold, concentrated and alive with intensity. Dark fruit, warm spice and a finish that holds like a coal long after the flame has passed.

Ripe plum and strawberry aromas layered with warm spice and a touch of cracked pepper. Dry, medium-bodied on the palate with juicy fruit and soft tannins.
