Front Road Cellars at Blueberry Hill is an Ontario winery situated overlooking Lake Erie. We're crafting the unexpected in beautiful Norfolk County.

We are open for wine + cider tastings both inside and on the patio and have our Snacks + Shareables menu available, plus in store shopping for wine + cider bottle purchases + farm market preserves. Our incredible team has been working SO hard all season. They've hosted so many wonderful guests through heat waves, pouring rain and everything in between. The best in the biz needs a well-earned celebration this Friday. We know, we know, but it's pizza night!

This Friday, Aug 7th PIZZA NIGHT will be from 2-5:30pm and we'll be closing early at 6pm.

The Good Stuff is our event series where we go deeper. Special nooks of the farm you usually don’t get the opportunity to explore. Back vintages we’ve tucked away. Off-menu amazing meals. Wines that sell out before they make it onto the shelf. Creative set ups, exactly like this, that make you go… “Wait! You do that here?” Yeah. We do. That’s The Good Stuff. It’s a seat at the table reserved for folks who want more than just a glass of wine, they want the whole dang story.

Heads up, Front Road Crew. We'll be closing early this Friday, July 10th as we welcome Chef Tracy Winkworth back to the farm for The Good Stuff: Dinner in the Patch.

We'll be closing at 5pm, and unfortunately, that does mean no pizzas this week. We'll have lots of delicious pizzettes for the weekend though + will be back to our usual scheduled program next week.

Great news, Front Road Crew! Our Iced Blueberry was recently awarded a gold medal from the All Canadian Wine Championships and we couldn't be more proud.

This is an OG product for us here at the farm, making excellent use of our estate grown blueberries and proving not all 'dessert wine' needs to be cloyingly sweet. It's jammy and luscious, with a whisper of acidity on the finish to brighten things up. Absolutely fabulous alongside lemony or chocolatey desserts, but also blue cheese (especially Blue Moo from The Dover Cheese Shop) or confit duck rillette.

The bad news: we're almost out of Seaside White.

The good news: you still have time to grab a bottle + spend an afternoon convincing yourself you're somewhere with an ocean view and a seafood platter.

Made entirely from Itasca, a hybrid grape variety grown right here on our farm, this off-dry Mediterranean-inspired white wine is the perfect light, easy-drinking summertime wine. Think honeydew melon, peach iced tea, wildflowers.

In 1973, Martin Weber put blueberry plants in the ground in Norfolk County. He did the hard work, the research. The high-bush blueberry has a natural lifespan of about 25 years. These ones are past 50, still here, still producing, the oldest commercial high-bush blueberry patch in Ontario.

On Friday, July 10th, we're having dinner in the heart of it all.

Chef Tracy Winkworth will take the humble blueberry through a beautiful multi- course meal, while our Front Road Cellars wines carry you through the evening as golden hour settles over the farm.
